Subject: Request for yearly offer for providing accommodation and food for organizing trainings
The NGO Action for Nonviolence and Peacebuilding (ANP) invites interested and eligible bidders to submit yearly offer for providing accommodation and food for organizing trainings, in Ulqin/Ulcinj, Montenegro.
NGO Action for Nonviolence and Peacebuilding (ANP) in course of implementation of the project “Harmonizing peace and reconciliation: A holistic approach for the Western Balkans” is planning to organize three 8-day trainings for participants from Kosovo in 2026.
Submitting the offer
Offer should have financial offer based on the specifications.
Each submitted offer must include:
- The offer to indicate the price for each training and as well for three trainings in total for 2026.
– Each training will be consisted of 18 participants – 8 nights, full board, and
– Each training will be consisted of 5 people (training team) -12 nights, full board.
The first training course for this year is scheduled to be held on the dates:
– 17-25 April 2026 – for participants and translators of the training
– 14-26 Aprill 2026 – for training team
– while other two training courses will be held throughout the year 2026.
- Usage of conference room
- In the offer to be included one non-alcoholic drink for lunch and dinner.
- As well in the offer to be included two coffee breaks (where will be served coffee, tea, natural and mineral water).
- Natural water to be provided during the training sessions.
- Accommodation of participants in double rooms
Note: NGO Action for Nonviolence and Peacebuilding (ANP) is planning to organize trainings in the period out of summer season.
Timeframe
Interested bidders can send their offers no later than 27th of February 2026, by 17:00h.
The selected bidder, as well as all other bidders, will be informed of the decision of the NGO Action for Nonviolence and Peacebuilding after 4th of March 2026.
